Effect on Payment Applications. Payment Applications subsequent to a Reallocation Authorization shall reflect that reallocation, with the reallocated amount modifying the line-item Cost of the Work (or Change Order as the case may be) to which reallocated funds were applied, denoting the modified line-item by asterisk or other graphic device acceptable to the ADR.
