EFFECT ON PRIOR AGREEMENTS AND EXISTING BENEFIT PLANS. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between the Company and Executive relating to the subject matter hereof. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon Executive the right to continue in the employ of the Company or shall impose on the Company any obligation to employ or retain Executive in its employ for any period.

EFFECT ON PRIOR AGREEMENTS AND EXISTING BENEFIT PLANS. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes any prior written or oral employment agreement between the Holding Company or any predecessor of the Holding Company and Executive relating to the subject matter hereof. Nothing in Executive, except that this Agreement shall confer upon not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to Executive the right of a kind elsewhere provided. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to continue in the employ of the Company or shall impose on the Company any obligation mean that Executive is subject to employ or retain Executive in its employ for any periodreceiving fewer benefits than those available to her without reference to this Agreement.
