Effect on Prior Origination Agreements. This Origination Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety any prior origination agreement between the Authority and the Participant. The Participant acknowledges such termination of a prior origination agreement by its signature below and may contact the Authority at 317-232-7777 to discuss any credit toward the applicable fee related to this Origination Agreement based on any fee paid related to any prior origination agreement with a duration beyond the execution of this Origination Agreement.
