No supplemental indenture shall adversely affect the rights under Article XII, or any definitions or provisions related thereto, or the guarantees of any holder of Senior Indebtedness unless the requisite holders of each issue of Senior Indebtedness affected thereby shall have consented to such supplemental indenture.
