Effect on Services Costs. To the extent that a proposed Change can be accommodated within the existing level of resources then being used by Provider in performing the Services hereunder and those resources are appropriate for the proposed New Service or changed Service without degradation to Provider’s compliance with all applicable performance requirements under this Agreement, the Services Costs payable by Company under this Agreement and the Cost Baseline shall not be increased as a result of such Change.
