Effect on Successors. Subject to the limitations on transferability contained herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Member and its successors and assigns. Each Person who becomes a member, by becoming a member, ratifies, affirms, and confirms, and agrees to be bound by, all actions taken by the Company, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, prior to the date such Person becomes a member of the Company.
