Common use of Effect on the Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Effect on the Loan Documents. Except to the extent that the provisions of the Credit Agreement are expressly amended by the terms and conditions of this Amendment, the covenants, terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms.

Effect on the Loan Documents.
