Effective Applicable Laws and Regulations. You understand that this Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where this account is opened except to the extent that federal law is controlling and includes, but is not limited to, Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code. Changes in these laws and regulations may modify the terms and conditions of your account. We do not have to notify you of these changes, unless required to do so by law. If any of the terms of this Agreement conflict with applicable law and are declared to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be ineffective to the extent of the conflict and the applicable law will govern. The remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
