Common use of Effective Date—Agency Clause in Contracts

Effective Date—Agency. This Agreement shall be effective as between the Company and the Agency when (a) it has been executed and delivered by both the Company, at least two (2) Communities, and the Agency, and (b) Commission Approval has been obtained (the “Agency Effective Date”). If no Community enacts an Ordinance by the Ordinance Deadline, the Agreement shall be terminated in its entirety, and neither the Company nor the Agency nor any Community shall have or owe any rights or obligations to each other with respect to this Agreement as of the Ordinance Deadline.
