Effective Date and Authority. 23 The effective date of this Agreement shall be the latest date of execution 24 hereinafter set forth opposite the names of the signators hereto. In the event OPERATOR fails to 25 set forth a date of execution opposite the name(s) of OPERATOR's signator(s), OPERATOR 26 hereby authorizes ANAHEIM, by and through its representative, to insert the date of execution 27 by OPERATOR's signator(s) as the date said Agreement, as executed by OPERATOR, is 28 received by ANAHEIM.
Effective Date and Authority. The effective date of this Master Agreement shall be the date of ANAHEIM’s execution herein. In the event CONTRACTOR fails to set forth a date of execution opposite the name(s) of CONTRACTOR’s signator(s), CONTRACTOR hereby authorizes ANAHEIM, by and through its representative, to insert the date of execution by CONTRACTOR’s signator(s) as the date said Master Agreement, as executed by CONTRACTOR, is received by ANAHEIM. CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’s signators represent that the signators hold the positions set forth below their signatures and that the signators are authorized to execute this Master Agreement on behalf of CONTRACTOR and to bind CONTRACTOR hereto.

In the event Developer fails to set forth a date of execution opposite the name(s) of Developer's signator(s), Developer hereby authorizes Anaheim to insert the date of execution by Developer's signator(s) as the date said Agreement, as executed by Developer, is received by Anaheim.
Effective Date and Authority. This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date of this Agreement upon the authorized execution on behalf of both parties.

18.2. In the event the last signatory fails to set forth the execution date opposite the name of its signatory, the effective date shall be the date upon which the last signatory’s executed copy of the Agreement is transmitted to the other Party.
Effective Date and Authority. 4.5.1. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the date on which this Agreement is executed by ANAHEIM (“Effective Date”) .
4.5.2. The Parties and their signators represent that such signators hold the positions set forth below their signatures and that such signators are authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of and to bind each of the respective Parties hereto. Should SCN fail to insert the date of execution of this Agreement opposite the name of SCN’s signator, SCN hereby authorizes ANAHEIM, by and through its representative, to insert the date of execution by ANAHEIM’s signators, as the date this Agreement, as executed by SCN, is received by ANAHEIM.
Effective Date and Authority. 25.1 This Agreement shall be effective on the date which this Agreement is executed by CITY.
25.2 CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR's signators represent that the signators hold the positions set forth below their signatures and that the signators are authorized to execute this Agreement for CONTRACTOR and to bind CONTRACTOR hereto.
