Common use of Effective Date and Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Confirmation. This Agreement: (a) shall be effective and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms from and after the Effective Date, and shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, as of such time on the Effective Date; and (b) shall expire and be of no further force or effect from and after the earlier of: (i) the Termination Time, and (ii) the time at which the annual meeting of shareholders of the Company held in 2022 terminates (the “Expiration Time”).
