Common use of Effective Date and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Revocation. This Agreement shall not be effective until seven (7) days after I sign it and return it to the company representative indicated below. During that seven (7)-day period I may revoke my acceptance of this Agreement by delivering to the company representative indicated below a written statement stating I wish to revoke this Agreement or not be bound by it. In addition, I understand and agree that this Agreement may be executed by me and the Company in counter-parts and that facsimile or copy signatures shall be considered just as effective as original signatures.
