Effective Date and Term of Contract. The Agreement shall be effective upon the signing thereof by the Parties and shall remain valid until the expiration of the Non-Compete Period stipulated by Clause 2.1 of the Agreement. However, termination of the Agreement shall not affect the rights of a non-breaching party to pursue a breaching party for breach of contract in accordance with the Agreement.
