Effective Date and Termination Date. The effective date of this Contract shall be September 1, 2018 or the date on which all Parties have signed this Contract, whichever is later. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, the termination date shall be August 31, 2023. If, at the sole judgment and discretion of County, the Provider is deemed to be substantially in compliance with the specifications defined in this AGREEMENT the County may grant extensions of the Agreement for up to five additional years.
