Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION OF THE CUSTODIAN AS FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION OF THE CUSTODIAN AS FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER. The Board of Trustees' delegation to the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund shall be effective as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall remain in effect until terminated at any time, without penalty, by written notice from the terminating party to the non-terminating party. Termination will become effective at the earlier of (i) ninety days after receipt by the non-terminating party of such notice or (ii) the effectiveness of the termination of this Agreement. The provisions of Section 3.3 hereof shall govern the delegation to and termination of the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund with respect to designated countries.

Termination will become effective at the earlier of (i) ninety thirty days after receipt by the non-terminating party of such notice or (ii) the effectiveness of the termination of this Agreementnotice. The provisions of Section 3.3 hereof of this Article 3 shall govern the delegation to and termination of the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund with respect to designated countries.

Termination will become effective at thirty (30) days, or such longer period as the earlier of (i) ninety days parties may agree, after receipt by the non-terminating party of such notice or (ii) the effectiveness of the termination of this Agreementnotice. The provisions of Section 3.3 3.2.2 hereof shall govern the delegation to and termination of the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund with respect to designated countries.

Termination will become effective at thirty days (or such other period as to which the earlier of (iparties agree in writing) ninety days after receipt by the non-terminating party of such notice or (ii) the effectiveness of the termination of this Agreementnotice. The provisions of Section 3.3 hereof of this Article 3 shall govern the delegation to and termination of the Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager of the Fund with respect to designated countries.
