Effective Date; Automatic Termination. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date executed on behalf of each Party. This Agreement shall automatically terminate effective September 1, 2024 in the event the Town of Xxxx Board of Trustees has not by such date adopted a resolution approving the Urban Renewal Plan for the Xxxx Urban Renewal Area.
