Common use of Effective Date Certificate Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate, dated the Effective Date and signed by the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower, confirming the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this §8.

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate, dated the Effective Date and signed by Certificate in the chief financial officer or the treasurer of form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from the Borrower, confirming the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this §8.

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received an Effective Date Certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit K attached hereto, duly executed by a certificate, Financial Officer of Holdings and each Borrower and dated the date of the initial Credit Extension. All documents and agreements appended to the Effective Date Certificate shall be in form and signed by substance satisfactory to the chief financial officer or Administrative Agent and the treasurer of the Borrower, confirming the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this §8Lenders.
