Common use of Effective Date Certificate Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Certificate. The Lender shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Agreement Effective Date and duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and each Guarantor certifying as to the matters set forth in Articles VI and VII hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.

Effective Date Certificate. The Lender shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Agreement Forbearance Effective Date and duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and each Guarantor certifying as to the matters set forth in Articles VI IV and VII V hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.

Effective Date Certificate. The Lender shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Agreement Amendment Effective Date and duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and each Guarantor certifying as to the matters set forth in Articles V and VI and VII hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.
