EFFECTIVE DATE; COMPLETION. 3.1 On the Effective Date the Parties shall execute the Ancillary Agreements, which shall be effective on and from the Completion Date, and the Parties shall have contributed, or caused to be contributed, the executed Back-up Licenses to the Cayman JV.
