Effective Date: Employment Term. The term of this Agreement shall run from the Effective Date through December 31, 2008 (the “Term”). However, the Term of this Agreement shall be automatically extended for additional one (1) year periods unless either party provides written notice to the other party that it wishes to terminate this Agreement on or before September 30, 2008, or any future anniversary of September 30. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Term is subject to early termination under the circumstances set forth in Article V.
