Effective Date Loan Documents. The parties thereto shall have duly executed the following Loan Documents: (a) this Agreement, (b) the Guaranty, and (c) each Security Document, each of which shall be in full force and effect, and Administrative Agent shall have received sufficient copies of each agreement.
