Effective Date; Notes. On or prior to the Initial Borrowing Date, (i) the Effective Date shall have occurred as provided in Section 13.10 and (ii) there shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of each of the Lenders that has requested same the appropriate Initial Term Note and/or Revolving Note executed by the Borrower and, if requested by the Swingline Lender, the Swingline Note executed by the Borrower, in each case in the amount, maturity and as otherwise provided herein.

On or prior to the Effective Date, (a) this Agreement shall have been executed and delivered as provided in Section 13.10 and (b) there shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of each of the Lenders that has requested same the appropriate Revolving Notes executed by the Borrowers and if requested by the Swingline Lender, the appropriate Swingline Notes executed by the Borrowers, in each case, in the amount, maturity and as otherwise provided herein.

Effective Date; Notes. 3. At 86 FR 72520, Dec. 22, 2021, § 701.23 was amended in para- graph (i)(2) by removing the term ‘‘CAMEL’’, and adding in its place the term ‘‘CAMELS’’, effective Apr. 1, 2022.
