Effective Date of Adoption as to the Adopting Employer. The Adopting Employer agrees that this adoption of the Plan shall be effective for all purposes of the Plan as of and from January 1, 1996; and that wherever in the Plan the term "Effective Date of the Plan" is now used, it shall with respect to the Adopting Employer mean January 1, 1996.
