Common use of Effective Date of Appointment of Successor Trustee Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Appointment of Successor Trustee. Appointment of a successor trustee will be effective when it delivers to the Company and to the former trustee written acceptance of the appointment. When delivered, this Trust will be interpreted as if the successor trustee had been originally named Trustee. However, the successor trustee will not be liable or responsible for anything done or omitted in the administration of the Trust before its appointment.
