Common use of Effective Date of Executed Addendum Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Executed Addendum. An entity executing a copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party as a Nominal Funder shall be recognized as a Party to this Funding Agreement and as a party to the Finance Agent Agreement on the date of the addendum’s execution. An entity executing a copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party as a Full Funder shall be recognized as a Party to this Funding Agreement and as a party to the Finance Agent Agreement on the date the requirements of (a) or (b) below are satisfied. Such effective dates are referred to as the “Effective Date of Executed Addendum.”
