Common use of Effective Date of Participation Agreement; Duration of Participation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Participation Agreement; Duration of Participation Agreement. This Participation Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery, and shall continue in full force and effect until the principal of, and premium, if any, and interest on, the Company Note and Bonds have been fully paid (or provision for their payment has been made in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture) and all sums to which the Authority or the Trustee are entitled hereunder have been fully paid.
