Effective Date of Redemptions and Distributions. As of the Effective Date of any Redemption or Distribution, the Units or Capital Account balances subject to such Redemption or Distribution shall cease to participate in the Net Income and Net Losses of the related Series, irrespective of the time or times that the proceeds of such Redemption or Distribution are paid out.
