Common use of Effective Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Termination. Any termination of this Agreement shall be effective (the "Termination Date") as follows: (a) Immediately upon receipt of a termination notice pursuant to Section 10.3 or Section 10.4 (a "Termination Notice") and expiration of applicable cure periods; or (b) Upon the expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Sections 10.1 or 10.

Effective Date of Termination. Any termination of this Agreement shall be effective (the "Termination Date") as follows: (a) Immediately upon receipt of a termination notice pursuant to Section 10.3 Sections 5.3 or Section 10.4 5.4 (a "Termination Notice") and expiration of applicable cure periods; or (b) Upon the expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Sections 10.1 5.1 or 105.

Effective Date of Termination. Any termination of this Agreement shall be effective (the "“Termination Date"”) as follows: (a) Immediately upon receipt of a termination notice pursuant to Section 10.3 or Section 10.4 (a "“Termination Notice"”) and expiration of applicable cure periods; or (b) Upon the expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Sections Section s 10.1 or 1010.2.
