Common use of Effective Date of this Agreement; Duration of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of this Agreement; Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby with respect to the Project shall then begin, and, subject to the other provisions hereof, shall expire at midnight, June 1, 2028, or sooner upon payment or redemption of the Bonds as hereinafter provided subject to extension as provided in Section 8.7.

Effective Date of this Agreement; Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery delivery, and the leasehold interest estate created hereby with respect to the Project in this Agreement shall then begin, and, commence on such date and subject to the other provisions hereofof this Agreement shall expire, shall expire at midnight, June 1, 2028, unless terminated in the manner provided herein or sooner upon payment or redemption extended with the mutual consent of the Bonds as hereinafter provided subject to extension as provided in Section 8.7parties hereto, on August 31, 2038.
