Effective Date of this Agreement; Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby with respect to the Project shall then begin, and, subject to the other provisions hereof, shall expire at midnight, June 1, 2028, or sooner upon payment or redemption of the Bonds as hereinafter provided subject to extension as provided in Section 8.7.
