Effective Date of Written Notice. The cancellation is in writing, and is effective on the date of personal delivery or, if mailed, on the date postmarked. The school shall refund any consideration paid by the student within forty five (45) days after the school receives notice of cancellation. Any monies due the applicant or student will be refunded within 45 (45) days of the date of cancellation, withdrawal or dismissal including signed document stating withdrawal from Student. The money will be refunded in the form it was received, unless it was cash, as that will be refunded by check.
