Common use of Effective Date, Term and Termination of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effective Date, Term and Termination of this Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by all parties hereto. After this Agreement becomes effective, any party may terminate it at any time for any reason by giving two days’ prior written notice to the other parties. Ameriprise will suspend or terminate the offer and sale of Shares as soon as practicable after being requested to do so by the Company or the Dealer Manager at any time.
