Effective Date, Term and Termination of this Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is executed by all parties hereto. You or the Company may elect to terminate this Agreement prior to the time the Registration Statement is declared effective by the Commission without liability of any party to any other party, except as provided in Section 10(e) hereof.
