Effective Date, Term and Termination of this Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date. You or PDC may elect to prevent this Agreement from becoming effective without liability of any party to any other party by giving notice of such election to the other parties hereto before the time this Agreement otherwise would become effective.
