Effective Date; Term of this Agreement. This Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth herein shall become effective on the date of the last signature on the Order Form (“Effective Date”) and shall continue for the Subscription Term stated on the Order Form (the “Initial Term”) unless otherwise indicated on the Order Form.
