Effective Dates. This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022. This XXX shall expire upon successful ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms. Should a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms not be successfully ratified, the parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days of the unsuccessful ratification vote to either extend or terminate this XXX. If this XXX is terminated, the parties agree to move grievances filed under the interim procedure back to the appropriate central or local grievance procedure and to their respective steps in those procedures.
Effective Dates. The provisions of this Business Associate Agreement applicable to the Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and HITECH Act are effective as of the respective mandated compliance dates or the effective date of the Premium Account Agreement, whichever is later. Under this Business Associate Agreement, Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s responsibilities are: With respect to any incident not subject to reporting in the paragraph above, Blue Cross and Blue Shield will report to the Plan any use or disclosure of Protected Health Information not provided for by the applicable Administrative Services Agreement and this Business Associate Agreement of which Blue Cross and Blue Shield becomes aware. With respect to any incident not subject to reporting in the two paragraphs above, Blue Cross and Blue Shield will report to the Plan any Security Incident of which Blue Cross and Blue Shield becomes aware.
Effective Dates. The effective date for a wage adjustment shall be the first Sunday of the month in which the adjustment is to be applicable.
