Anniversary Dates. Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:
Anniversary Dates. (a) Anniversary dates for employees may remain unchanged; or at the discretion of the Deputy Head, the anniversary dates for employees in a department may be changed to a common date.
(b) Where the practice of individual anniversary dates is retained, the anniversary date of an employee is the date the employee commenced work or subsequently the date the employee was last promoted.
(c) Where a common anniversary date is chosen, the Deputy Head may, on the first anniversary date under the changed procedure, pro-rate or delay the number of pay steps granted to an employee for the purposes of equitable implementation, as per established pro-rating procedures.

Anniversary Dates. The first full pay period following an employee's original date of hire shall constitute his anniversary date unless the employee's actual date of hire coincides with the first day of the pay period in which case that pay period shall serve as the employee's anniversary date. In the event a personnel action occurs which, pursuant to Civil Service Rules and Regulations, would result in a change of the employee's anniversary date, the Civil Service Commission shall establish the next appropriate pay period as the new anniversary date.

(c) Where a common anniversary date is chosen, the Deputy Head may, on the first anniversary date under the changed procedure, pro-rate or delay the number of pay steps granted to an employee for the purpose of equitable implementation. Such pro-rating procedures are to be established in consultation with the Office of Human Resources.
Anniversary Dates. Step increases shall be effective, for payroll purposes only, on the first day of the pay period nearest to the anniversary date. Personnel records will maintain actual dates and will be used to resolve any discrepancies or questions that may arise.
Anniversary Dates. The merit anniversary date or any other pay increment date must be advanced one (1) month later for each twenty-three (23) days of leave without pay in a leave year.
Anniversary Dates. For purposes of salary payment, employees will advance a step on the salary schedule each September, provided the employee worked 91 days in the previous year.
Anniversary Dates. Employees covered by this Agreement and hired before July 1, 2001, will keep the anniversary dates that they held on July 1, 2001 for as long as they are continuously employed. Employees hired on or after July 1, 2001, will have as their anniversary dates the dates of their initial appointment and those anniversary dates will not be changed while those employees are continuously employed. Employees hired (promotion, demotion, transfer, new hire) on or after July 1, 2003, will have as their anniversary dates the dates of their initial appointment in this bargaining unit and those anniversary dates will not be changed while those employees are continuously employed.
Anniversary Dates. 1. Those persons who do have a total of at least one hundred twenty (120) days for salary purposes in the school year of their appointment will advance a step on the salary schedule to the maximum, on each September following their appointment.
2. All other persons will advance one (1) step on the salary schedule, to the maximum, on the first day of the anniversary month of their appointment in each year.
