The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep any Shelf Registration effective for a period of one year after the effective date of such Registration Statement (or if such Registration Statement is not effective for any period within such year, such one-year period shall be extended by the number of days during such period when such Registration Statement is not effective).
