Common use of Effective Period of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effective Period of Supplemental Indenture. The preceding provisions of Articles I, II and III of this supplemental indenture shall remain in effect only so long as any of the bonds of the Pollution Control Series U shall remain outstanding.
