Common use of Effective Registration Statement, Amendments Clause in Contracts

Effective Registration Statement, Amendments. A Shelf Registration Statement pursuant to this Section 2 will not be deemed to have become effective unless it has been declared effective by the Commission; provided, however that if, after it has been declared effective, the offering of any Registrable Securities pursuant to such registration statement is interfered with by any stop order, injunction or other order or requirement of the Commission or any other governmental agency or court, such registration statement will be deemed not to have become effective, and the Company shall be required to continue to use its best efforts to have such registration statement declared effective. Further, the Company shall, if necessary, supplement or amend each Shelf Registration Statement, if required by the rules, regulations or instructions applicable to the registration form used by the Company for such Shelf Registration Statement or by the Securities Act or by any other rules and regulations thereunder for shelf registration.
