Effectiveness and Binding Effect. Each amendment, supplement or waiver pursuant to this Article 8 will become effective in accordance with its terms and, when it becomes effective with respect to any Note (or any portion thereof), will thereafter bind every Holder of such Note (or such portion).
Effectiveness and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Operating Partnership and all Unitholders who sign and deliver counterparts of this Agreement. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of all parties and their successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives.
