Effectiveness, Modification and Cancellation. 8.1 This Agreement shall be effective upon the execution hereof by all Parties hereto and shall be terminated after the completion of Party A’s acquisition of the Shareholder’s Equity or all of the assets of Party B by exercising its exclusive purchase option provided herein.
