Effectiveness of Agreement and Amendment #2 Clause Samples

Effectiveness of Agreement and Amendment #2. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Amendment #2 shall be deemed to waive or modify any of the provisions of the Agreement, which otherwise remains in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and this Amendment #2, this Amendment #2 shall prevail with respect to the subject matter hereof.
