Common use of Effectiveness of Agreement; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Agreement; Counterparts. This Agreement shall become effective upon the last date of its execution by all of the persons for whom signature spaces have been provided below. The Parties and their counsel may execute this Agreement in counterparts (any one or all of which may be facsimile or PDF/electronic copies), and execution in counterparts shall have the same force and effect as if all signatories had signed the same document.
