Effectiveness of Certain Terms; Certain Definitions. (a) If, at any time and so long as, there is not outstanding any Option Loan the repayment of which is secured hereunder, (i) this Agreement shall be read to exclude all references hereunder to the terms Option Loan, Credit Terms, Advice and Lender and (ii) Sections 11, 13 and 21 shall be of no force and effect.
