Effectiveness of Contract. 9.1 This Contract shall enter into force as of the date of signature of both parties. 9.2 The validity of this Contract shall be independent of the Main Contract and may not be affected by the invalidity of the Main Contract. If the Main Contract is confirmed as invalid, Party A shall assume joint and several suretyship liability for the debts arising from the Debtor’s return of property or compensation for losses.
