Electronic mail and internet and intranet websites may be used to distribute routine communications, such as financial statements and other information and to distribute agreements and other documents to be signed by Lenders; provided, however, that no Request for Extension of Credit or executed or legally-binding notice, agreement, waiver, amendment or other communication may be sent by electronic mail.
