Effectiveness of Guarantees. This Indenture shall be effective upon its execution and delivery by the parties hereto. With respect to Parent Guarantor, the provisions set forth in this Article Twelve shall be effective upon the execution and delivery of this Indenture by the parties hereto. With respect to the Subsidiary Guarantors, the provisions set forth in this Article Twelve will only become operative concurrently with the Assumption.
