Common use of Effectiveness of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Provisions. The provisions of subsections (b) through (i) below (inclusive) shall be effective upon the execution of this Agreement, provided, that if and to the extent that any such provision relates to any country (or the currency of such country) that is not a Participating Member State upon the execution of this Agreement, such provision shall become effective in relation to such country (and the currency of such country) at and from the date on which such country becomes a Participating Member State.
