Common use of Effectiveness of this First Amendment Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of this First Amendment. This First Amendment shall become effective as of the date hereof when, and only when, Bank shall have received all of the following, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank: (a) A counterpart of this First Amendment, duly executed by Borrower; and (b) Such other documents, instruments or agreements as Bank may reasonably deem necessary.

Effectiveness of this First Amendment. This First Amendment shall become effective as of the date hereof when, and only when, Bank shall have received all of the following, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank: (a) A counterpart of this First Amendment, duly executed by BorrowerBorrower and acknowledged by Guarantor where indicated hereinbelow; (b) A legal fee in connection with the preparation of this First Amendment in the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600); and (bc) Such other documents, instruments or agreements as Bank may reasonably deem necessary.

Effectiveness of this First Amendment. This First Amendment shall become effective as of the date hereof when, and only when, Bank shall have received all of the following, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank: (a) A counterpart of this First Amendment, duly executed by Borrower; and; (b) Such other documents, instruments or agreements as Bank may reasonably deem necessarynecessary in order to effect fully the purposes of this First Amendment.

Effectiveness of this First Amendment. This First Amendment shall become effective as of the date hereof when, ,and only when, Bank shall have received all of the following, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank: (a) A counterpart of this First Amendment, Amendment duly executed by BorrowerCompany; and (b) Such other documents, instruments or agreements agreements, as Bank may reasonably deem necessary.
