Common use of Effectiveness of Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Transaction Documents. The Transaction Documents are in full force and effect. The Guarantor agrees that the foregoing representations and warranties shall be deemed to have been made by the Guarantor on the date hereof, the date of each Utilisation Request by BFE and each Utilisation Date under the Facility Agreement, on and as of all such dates.

Effectiveness of Transaction Documents. The Transaction Documents are in full force and effect. The Guarantor agrees that the foregoing representations and warranties shall be deemed to have been made by the Guarantor on the date hereof, hereof and the date of each Utilisation Request borrowing by BFE and each Utilisation Date BLFC under the Facility Term Loan Agreement, on and as of all such dates.

The Guarantor agrees that the foregoing representations and warranties shall be deemed to have been made by the Guarantor on the date hereof, the date of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, the Effective Date (as defined in the Amendment and Restatement Agreement), the date of each Utilisation Request by BFE and each Utilisation Date under the Facility Agreement, on and as of all such dates.
